From our studio to your door
Shipping & Returns
Every order is prepared by hand in our Quebec studio, packed with care, and sent off with a little love.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more to most addresses; below that, a flat rate of $9 applies, no matter the size of your order. Remote and rural areas cost the carrier more to reach: there we cover the first $11 of delivery, and on an order of $50 or more you pay only the rest. Below $50, a remote delivery costing more than $15 is charged at the carrier's price. The cart shows your exact shipping cost once you enter your postal code, and it is always shown before you pay.
Timelines
Our products are made in small batches, so we typically prepare your order within 2 to 4 business days. As soon as it leaves the studio, you'll receive a confirmation email. Transit times then vary by region.
Packaging
Soaps, whipped butters and dry oils are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo so we can see what happened and how we might help.
Once it leaves our hands
Once your parcel leaves our studio, it's in the carrier's hands, so we can't be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, or for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before you order. That said, your happiness is our priority: if something goes wrong, reach out at info@nectaire.ca and we'll do our best to help you sort it out.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. For hygiene and safety reasons, soaps, whipped body butters and dry oils can't be returned, and our jesmonite pieces are made to order, so they're final sale too. All sale items are final. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to info@nectaire.ca with a photo and we'll make it right.
